Ingredients (for 6 servings) :
- 200g mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 100g flour
- Zest and juice of one lemon
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, eggs and sugar until smooth.
3. Add flour, lemon zest and juice, and mix again.
4. Pour the mixture into a buttered tin and bake for 25 minutes.
5. Leave to cool before unmolding and serving.
