Ingredients:
- wild garlic leaves and flowers
- coarse sea salt
- softened butter or sunflower oil and miso
Preparation:
- Use a blender or mortar to crush a few carefully washed and dried wild garlic leaves and flowers.
- A few coarse grains of sea salt will help.
- Depending on your taste, blend this paste with softened butter and refrigerate before use... or mix with sunflower oil and miso.
- Spread this butter or cream of wild garlic on slices of bread, accompanied by a few pink radishes.
- Store in a cool place.
