Wild garlic butter

Ingredients:

  • wild garlic leaves and flowers
  • coarse sea salt
  • softened butter or sunflower oil and miso

Preparation:

  1. Use a blender or mortar to crush a few carefully washed and dried wild garlic leaves and flowers.
  2. A few coarse grains of sea salt will help.
  3. Depending on your taste, blend this paste with softened butter and refrigerate before use... or mix with sunflower oil and miso.
  4. Spread this butter or cream of wild garlic on slices of bread, accompanied by a few pink radishes.
  5. Store in a cool place.

Tips:

You can also brush on steamed vegetables, etc.
