Preparation time : 15 min. Total time : 27 min.
Ingredients ( for 6 pers. ) :
- 230gr puff pastry
- a little flour for the work surface
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 40gr unsalted crushed pistachios + a few for decoration
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 6 ripe figs
- 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons acacia honey
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°.Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 16cm by 24 cm. Cut into 6 8cm squares.
Place puff pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with rose water and sprinkle with crushed pistachios and powdered sugar. Place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
While the cushions are baking, cut the figs into 6 wedges. Remove from the oven, place the cushions on small plates, add a dollop of Greek yogurt, the fig quarters and 1 drizzle of acacia honey. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and serve immediately.
Tip:
To cut the dough, use a pastry wheel or pizza cutter. This allows you to cut the dough without crushing it, so that the cushions puff up perfectly when baked.
You can replace the figs with other fruits. You can also use crème fraîche or mascarpone instead of Greek yoghurt.
