Peach trifle

Ingredients (for 6 people) :

  • 6 tablespoons lemon curd
  • 200gr fresh cream 
  • 250g almond shortbread cookies
  • 6 teaspoons Grand Marnier 
  • 450gr peaches, pitted and cut into small cubes.

Preparation :

To make the lemon curd: 

Mix the lemon curd with 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Divide between 6 verrines, taking care not to dirty the sides.


Crumble the cookies:

Coarsely crumble the cookies and divide between the verrines. Drizzle with Grand Marnier. 


Add the fruit:

Reserve a few peach cubes for decoration, then divide the rest between the verrines.


Finishing touches:

Top with the remaining crème fraîche and decorate with the reserved peach cubes. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. 

Tips :

You can make this recipe with the fruit of your choice, or with fruit in syrup.
