Ingredients (for 5 small 1.5dl jars) :
- 1/2 liter milk
- 40gr white flour
- 15 Carambars
Preparation:
Mix the flour with 10cl of cold milk from the half-liter of milk.
In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk to the boil over medium heat. As soon as the milk starts to boil, reduce the heat and add the Carambars, together with the milk/flour mixture prepared earlier.
Stir constantly with a wooden spatula, until the Carambars have completely melted and the cream has thickened.
Pour into individual jars.
Leave to cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
Tips :
Decorate with a little Chantilly cream, crushed Carambars, silver pearls or stars.
